We have an awesome team of trainers that specialise in coaching CrossFit. We believe that CrossFit coaching is very different to Personal Training or avarage gym, so we only employ trainers that are dedicated to the CrossFit method, and that have the necessary skills and experience to effectively coach CrossFit in a group environment. Importantly, we believe that CrossFit trainers should lead by example. Our trainers are seasoned CrossFitters and are expected to “walk the walk”.
Discovered CrossFit in 2010 and never looked back. Why CrossFit? I really truly believe that CrossFit done right with the right people is the very best method of fitness. This stuff works! The results, the community and friendships, shared experiences and understanding of what each of us do to test ourselves, both mentally and physically.
My favorite thing as a CrossFit Coach is when a whole family ends up sharing love for fitness, it's great time to bond and also ensures more happy and healthy years together.
I love my gym. I love the barbells and the burpees and the sweat angels on the floor after each session, more to the point it’s the people involved, coaches and the members that make every day worthwhile. Our community at CrossFit Woolgoolga is amazing and I wake up every day knowing I am surrounded by people who become family through shared experiences, plenty of laughs, sweat and good times.

Crossfit to me is a path that anyone can take to improve their fitness
and overall quality of life. Since early 2014 when i started Crossfit my passion for fitness has
grown extensively and also sharing this with others and
helping them on their way to achieving whatever they have set their
minds to. As well as Crossfit, I coach gymnastics. Working with kids of
all ages has reinforced my understanding that our bodies are made to
move in certain ways. This is why I love Crossfit. These natural
movements, that we call 'Functional Movements', are important because we
perform them in everyday activities such as picking things up, sitting
and standing. It's rewarding seeing the smiles on people's faces as they walk through
the door, knowing that their lives are being changed for the better.
